I’m Connie Curlett, a psychotherapist and certified life coach based in Seattle. I help individuals, couples, and families reconnect with themselves and each other so they can feel more grounded, clear, and connected.
My work blends therapy and coaching to support you in understanding your patterns, navigating challenges, and creating meaningful, lasting change. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space, while also being direct and interactive—helping you not only gain insight, but begin to shift what’s been keeping you stuck.
I see my role as both a therapist and an educator, guiding you through challenges while also helping you understand what healthy relationships look like—and how to build them in your own life.
I hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University (LIOS) and am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute.
I’m a Northwest native and have lived in Seattle for over 40 years, where I raised my three now-young-adult children and remain actively involved in my community.
I didn’t grow up with a clear model of what healthy relationships looked like. Because of that, I entered adulthood with a question that would shape the direction of my life:
What does a healthy relationship actually look like?
That question became a deep curiosity—and eventually a calling.
Today, I feel honored to help others understand themselves and their relationships in ways I once had to learn for myself.
My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and real connection—with space for humor along the way.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Together, we’ll help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.
