There is so much uncertainty in the world right now. This uncertainty can lead to higher levels of fear, anxiety and often distress. Left unchecked these feelings can take a toll on personal health, relationships and the people around you. Identifying tools to help manage through this anxiety can improve an individual’s health, well-being and relationships.
In the words of Brene Brown: “We can be our worst selves, when we are afraid, or our very best, bravest selves. In the context of fear and vulnerability, there is often very little in between because when we are uncertain and afraid our default is self-protection. We don’t have to be scary when we’re scared.”
I hope to help individuals and organizations manage anxiety in this time of struggle using techniques based on Neuroscience, as well as, the research of Brené Brown.
To help navigate through these uncertain times, I am offering the following virtual mini-seminars to organizations of all sizes. These mini-seminars typically run from 30-45 minutes with questions but can be customized based on a particular organization’s needs or goals.
