There is so much uncertainty in the world right now, which can lead to higher levels of fear and anxiety.  Left unchecked it can take a toll on your personal health and wreak havoc on the people around you. In the context of fear and vulnerability, there is often very little in between because when we are uncertain and afraid our default is self-protection. We don’t have to be scary when we’re scared”.
