Looking for a little Vitamin C?

Over the years I have seemed to become the go-to person amongst family and friends for advice. Because of this my youngest sister nicknamed me Vitamin C. When I hear her say, “Hey, I need some Vitamin C.” I know she is looking for a little dose of health and wellness. That is what I am hoping this advice column will offer you. Growing up I enjoyed reading Dear Abbey and Ann Landers, so if imitation is truly the highest form of flattery, then this is my humble way of paying homage to both of them.
Looking for a little Vitamin C? Send an email my way. I would be happy to give my perspective on any question you may have. My email address is:
